I understand you're already carrying a full load, so everything is designed to integrate naturally into your rhythm rather than adding more burden.

This is a 2-10-2 program. Which means we start with 2 days (6-hours each day) on a weekend, followed by 2-hours on a weekday morning 6am IST for 10 weeks and finish it with a 2 days (6-hours each day) weekend. Apart from this, plan for about 2-3 hours weekly.

The work happens in how you approach your existing responsibilities, not in creating new ones.

Both, because real leadership requires both. You'll get frameworks you can use immediately - tools for navigating difficult conversations, making aligned decisions, and creating the kind of presence that naturally draws people in.
